The Doble family founded Tampa Bay Brewing Company in 1995 to satisfy Tampa Bay’s thirst for craft beer and great food at a reasonable price. It’s still a family run company with David Doble as the leader for all operations.
Their original location was a two-story brick building that used to house horses on 15th Street in the historic Ybor City district which opened in February 1997. Needing more space for their ever-growing fan base, the brewery moved to its current location on the plaza level of Centro Ybor in 2006 with both indoor and open-air patio seating. In 2015 an additional location was added with a production brewery and restaurant in the Westchase area of Tampa.
Tampa Bay Brewing Company has a line of three core beers, five seasonal beers, plus many more annually released and specialty release beers. To complement their beer, they also have a unique menu that goes well beyond your typical pub fare. Many menu items are beer-infused; they feature and highlight the signature Tampa Bay Brewing Company beers to create award-winning entrees and appetizers.
