In 1996, Kelly and Brian met at a Belgian beer festival at Atlanta Brewing Company. Brian, if you can believe it, was the brewmaster. And you should, since he’s got a brewery of his own now. Ten years after moving to Tampa for a new head brewer position for Brian, he and Kelly opened Southern Brewing & Winemaking to leave their own mark on the Tampa brewing scene.
Southern Brewing is now home to one of the most eclectic taps in Tampa. We talk a lot about beer, and Southern Brewing has a lot of it. But with over 40 taps, expect to find homebrewed wine, hard seltzers, ciders, slushies, and even kombucha! Brian and Kelly are masters of innovation and will surely delight your senses on one of our tours.
