Owner of Cobblehaus Brewing Co. Scott Mills’ love of beer culture began in college and grew exponentially thereafter, especially when business trips took him overseas. In Germany and Belgium, Mills was able to learn about traditional brewing practices and decided to focus on the artful quality of the countries’ respective styles of beers, brewing his own beer with a modern, tasty twist. The brewery opened in the spring of 2017. They feature both American and European style beers, plus some experimental brews that blend styles together—something for everyone! Mills intended Cobblehaus to be a place where friends bond, strangers meet, and both first-time and frequent craft beer drinkers come together as a community.
