All ticket sales are final. Tours cannot be exchanged, rescheduled, or refunded.
Guests that purchase our optional ticket insurance during checkout can cancel or reschedule their tour with at least 24 hours’ notice and can be rescheduled or reimbursed for the full tour ticket price (minus the booking fee and insurance fee)
Not likely, but it is possible. In the event of severe weather or a lack of tour-goers, the tour may be canceled.
In the event of inclement weather, the decision to cancel will be made by City Brew Tours Staff at least 12 hours before the start of the tour. If roads are fair and our brewery partners are open, we make every effort to run our tours as scheduled. If we have to cancel a tour due to weather, full refunds will be provided. Should you wish to reschedule due to inability to travel during the inclement weather, please give us a call at 901-665-2337 to discuss your options; a fee may apply if your tour was still scheduled to operate.
Our tours start at the Peabody Hotel entrance at 149 Union Ave near the corner of Union and 2nd Street.
All guests must wear closed-toe shoes to participate in the tour. This is a safety precaution that the breweries themselves are required to enforce, therefore, no exceptions can be made. If you are taking a tour during the summer months, please plan accordingly.
Yes, we can accommodate most dietary restrictions. Please inform us regarding the nature of your restrictions when booking your tour!
A note on gluten: Typically, beer is not gluten-free. Some of our tour stops do from time to time offer gluten-free options, however, we cannot guarantee their availability. Gluten-free guests should consider our non-drinker ticket, so they can purchase cider or gluten-free beer when available.
No need to worry about choosing your beers at each stop. You’ll receive a handpicked selection of local craft beer curated by our beer expert guides.
In order for us to run a tour, we need a minimum of 4 participants.

We offer 2 different public tours which you can read more about here. Because private tours are personalized, there is a sliding scale of differences between them vs. public tours. Generally, we suggest private tours for corporate events, bachelor/bachelorette parties, and other groups of over 10 guests. You can read more about our private tours here.
