True Anomaly has a unique background, rooted in exploration, coming from NASA with backgrounds in rocket science, space-suit development, and mission management. Their theme definitely showcases the true meaning of being part of Space City. Additionally, their story is a twist on a familiar narrative: some guys who start out in a garage with some brewing equipment and after hundreds of test batches, to being named Texas Brewery of the Year in 2023 and 2024, True Anomaly has grown into a celebrated destination for craft beer enthusiasts.

Their lineup of bold, award-winning brews reflects their commitment to experimentation and quality, making True Anomaly a launchpad for unique, out-of-this-world beer experiences. For, example sometimes they manage to have the Belgian Dubbel, Tripel, and Quad at the same time in their taproom, which is something almost no brewery offers in the U.S.. What started in the garage has grown into one of  Texas’ best brewery and a lineup of out-of-this-world beers.

On top of that, they take their brewing to the next level with a dedicated barreling program that reflects their passion for experimentation and craftsmanship. By aging select beers in barrels that once held spirits like bourbon or wine, they infuse their brews with complex, rich flavors that evolve over time.
