Changes and cancellations are free up to 7 days before the tour. Ticket insurance allows you to make changes or cancel up to 3 hours before the tour, with the option to reschedule or receive a full refund (minus booking and insurance fees). Insurance must be purchased at the time of booking and cannot be added later.
While rare, cancellations can occur. If severe weather or a lack of participants prevents the tour from running, we will notify you at least 12 hours in advance.
If you cannot attend due to weather conditions, please call us at 617-453-8687 to discuss options. Full refunds require ticket insurance, but we may be able to reschedule you for a future tour.
