Founded in 2015, Mighty Squirrel Brewing Co. has since opened its massive brewery in Waltham, MA with an eye to keep expanding and grow into its 23,000 square foot facility. Attached to the brewery is a large, inviting beer garden decked out umbrellaed tables and rows of string lights. Mighty Squirrel’s founders are all about enjoying the great outdoors, so in addition to the spacious beer garden, they picked a location that is right by the Beaver Brook Park.
