City Brew Tours’ sister brand, Unboxed Experiences, provides industry-leading entertainment in a virtual setting as an innovative alternative to traditional corporate events. Online Event Hosts lead hands-on activities from the comfort of their own home, while sharing their industry knowledge in an engaging and entertaining way. Hosts educate and interact with people from all over the country on a flexible schedule that works around life’s demands. All of our experiences take place through virtual conferencing software such as Zoom, Webex, or Remo.

This position might be for you if:

You are confident and capable of speaking to, managing, and engaging large groups of people virtually. You are outgoing, approachable, and enthusiastic. You are curious and excited to learn. You take constructive criticism well. You feel comfortable on camera and are able to keep each member of a group excited and engaged virtually. You don’t have an issue speaking up if you have found a better way to do something or you want to pursue a new opportunity. 

What You’ll Do:

• • • Lead virtual educational experiences to small and large groups
    • Create an engaging, fun, and educational experience for all guests
    • Maintain an up-to-date and comprehensive understanding of our products and services

Your Schedule:

• • • Hosts can work a variety of shifts that range from 2-4+ hours per week

What You’ll Need:

• • • Excellent communication and presentation skills
    • Ability to manage time effectively and efficiently
    • A well-lit, quiet, private space to lead virtual experiences at home
    • Personal computer with reliable high speed internet (at least 100/Mbps)
    • HD webcam

Preferred qualifications:

• • • Background in the craft beer and/or brewing industry
    • Previous tour guide, virtual host, theater, and/or improv experience
